How to order a bundle
- From the main taker view , go to “My Bundles” tab
- Click on the bundle required to order
- There are two types of bundles:
- “Quota based” – a certain number of events can be selected from the bundle.
- “All Events” / "Unlimited" – all the events under the bundle will be ordered by purchasing this bundle
- View the bundle details:
- Events tab – the events under the selected bundle are displayed here, click on each event and see its details
- Services tab – in this tab, the different services that are under each event can be seen
- The services were pre-selected by the content owner and cannot be added or removed at this stage
- Click on “Order Bundle”
- Fill in / choose the "Broadcast Channel" field -> select if this service is going to be broadcasted live or not -> if not, select the date and time in which this service is going to be broadcasted
- Click “Confirm Order”
* For quota base bundles, after ordering the bundle, you will need to choose the events you should like to select from the bundle:
