How to request multiple bookings

In order to submit a bulk booking request with multiple bookings, please follow the below steps.
Click the 3-dot next to the booking request button and select “New Bulk Request”

Download an Excel template by clicking on “Download Template”
Fill in the information in the Excel template:
Start Date
Start Time
Program Start
End Date
End Time
Name – the name of the event
Contact Info – dedicated contact for this event, not mandatory
Approx Out
Before loading the Excel template, please delete the first row that contains the examples
Load the excel in the module by clicking upload or by drag and drop into the module and click Next

The platform will create a bulk booking request with the created events from the Excel template in the module

Each event will have a status that can be seen in the right section of each event’s row.
The different statuses are:
Import – newly imported events will be given the Import status
Pencil – when the event was saved as a draft, its status will be changed to “Pencil”. At this stage, an “SES Ref.” number will be given to the event.

Pending SES Approval – when the event is firmed and waiting for the SES Booking Team to review and approve it
Firm – SES Booking Team reviewed the event and approved it. At this stage the event can be found under the “All Events” tab in the main view.

It is possible to delete and edit the events by using the options in the upper right corner of each event

Click the blue icon to duplicate the event
In this module, new services can be added under each event by clicking “+ Service”.

Select a service template from the list and modify the service label
Click “Confirm Service”

Click on the resources to modify the details inside and click “OK”. It is possible to copy and paste details from other resources by clicking the 3-dots in the top right section of the resource.

The user can further modify the service by clicking on the 3-dots and selecting “Edit Service”.

It is possible to copy services to different events in this view by drag and dropping services from one event to another
Each event can be saved as draft or submitted to be sent to SES approval individually by clicking on the 3-dot next to the event’s row and choosing “Save as draft”
