BISS-CA encrypted services

• If one or more ordered services include BISS-CA encryption, the BISS-CA supporting IRDs must be registered in the system to complete the order
• To view or edit the BISS-CA IRDs list, navigate to the 3-dot menu from the main view and click “Technical Information”
• The system will enable the IRDs automatically for each BISS-CA decrypted service that was ordered. Each update to the IRDs list will take effect in up to 2 minutes. If a new IRD is added, it should be able to decrypt after 2 minutes.


• Each IRD has two columns next to it, “Tested” and “Able to Decrypt”. These columns are for documentation purposes only, they do not affect the automation at all. It is recommended to check the boxes once the IRDs were tested.
• To add a new IRD to the list, click on “+Add IRD”
The required information is:
• IRD Name (Alpha-Numeric Only A-Z 1-9)
• IRD Serial Number (Alpha-Numeric Only A-Z 1-9)
• IRD Public Key File for BISS-CA (.pub) – this file should be downloaded from IRDs UI
