How to create announcements for your takers

The announcement feature in SCORE has been implemented to allow pushing brief announcement or messages to a group or selected takers. The announcement can be modified to include severity level, timing, and the option to push the announcement to the users email in addition to displaying on his SCORE dashboard.
6.2 Announcement Screen
Content Owner type clients with the announcement permission can log into their SES 360 account and will be presented with a new module called “Announcements”. Login into the new module will present the below screen:

6.3 Creating a New Announcement
Create a new announcement by clicking the “New Announcement” button and the user will be presented with the below screen. This will allow the user to:
• Create the announcement
• Select the severity type (General, Warning, Critical)
• Select timings the announcement will appear on the recipient SES 360 feed (default timing is set from the timing of announcement creation + 1 Hour)
• Select whether the announcement will appear just as a banner in 360 or will be sent as an email as well or both

By clicking “Recipients” all the takers can be selected to receive the announcement by clicking “Toggle All” or individual takers can be selected for the specific announcement. Individual takers can also be removed at a later stage before confirming the announcement.

6.4 Announcement View
Once the announcement is created, the selected takers will see a banner with the announcement type and text at the top of their SES 360 dashboard. If the email option is selected, takers will also receive an email notification containing the announcement.
