How to download / resend technical synopsis

The technical synopsis is sent over the email automatically after each order. If you wish to download it or resend it by email, please follow the below steps. Please note that the synopsis will only include details of the services that were ordered.

• Click on the relevant event to open it's details view.
• Click the 3-dot menu at the top right corner of the screen.
• Click “Download Synopsis” and the synopsis will be downloaded.
• Click “Re-send Synopsis” and the synopsis email will be resent.
