If the cog wheel icon appears on one of the resources, it means this resource can be replaced with one of the dedicated resources SES has onboarded.

• Once the details are added, click “Next” to review the booking request details, add notes, if required, and click “Submit”.
During this step, the user can choose to confirm the booking request and to send it to SES for processing or to save it as a draft to complete and send it at a later stage.
Booking requests that were saved as a draft can be found in the main view under “All Requests” tab.
Once a draft is opened, the booking request wizard will be reopened and editing the draft request can be continued.
If the user confirms the booking request, it will be saved as “Pending SES Approval” under “All Requests.” The SES Booking Team will review the request, add any missing details, allocate additional necessary resources and approve it. The request will then move into implementation by the SES Sports and Events Operations Team. Once approved, the event can be found under “All Events” tab.
Request assistance from SES Booking Team if any mandatory information is missing in the booking request wizard. Once the “Submit” button is clicked, the system will present the following:
You can click on:
• Save Draft & Request Assistance – the event will be saved as a draft under “All Requests” and the SES Booking Team will be informed to review the missing information
• Save Draft – the event will only be saved as a draft under “All Requests”, the user will be able to go back to it and edit the request
