How to add IRDs for BISS-CA encryption

Click the main 3-dot menu at the top right → Technical Information

At the top, you will see the “BISS-CA IRDs” table. In this table, you can add multiple IRDs under different groups, and each group can be either enabled or disabled. By default, you can add your IRDs under the “Default” group, or you can change its name or add more groups if you wish.
Each group is enabled by default. When a group is enabled, the IRDs inside it will be enabled for each of the BISS-CA encrypted services you order. When a group is disabled, the IRDs inside it will not be enabled for the BISS-CA encrypted services you order.

• If one or more ordered services include BISS-CA encryption, the BISS-CA supporting IRDs must be registered in the system to complete the order • To view or edit the BISS-CA IRDs list, navigate to the 3-dot menu from the main view and click “Technical Information” • The system will enable the IRDs automatically for each BISS-CA decrypted service that was ordered. Each update to the IRDs list will take effect in up to 2 minutes. If a new IRD is added, it should be able to decrypt after 2 minutes. • Each IRD has two columns next to it, “Tested” and “Able to Decrypt”. These columns are for documentation purposes only, they do not affect the automation at all. It is recommended to check the boxes once the IRDs were tested. • To add a new IRD to the list, click on “+Add IRD” The required information is: • IRD Name (Alpha-Numeric Only A-Z 1-9) • IRD Serial Number (Alpha-Numeric Only A-Z 1-9) • IRD Public Key File for BISS-CA (.pub) – this file should be downloaded from IRDs UI

How to use the timeline view

The timeline view displays the events on a timeline. There are two types of timeline views. Basic Timeline View Displays the events on a timeline. Represented with the calendar icon .

The basic timeline functionalities are: • Zoom in and out to control the viewed time span • Select the date to be displayed by clicking on the date section or on the arrows next to it to switch between days • Switch back to the current time by clicking “Now” • Apply filters to the events that are displayed: • By status • By project • Hovering over an event will display additional general information • Clicking on an event will open its detailed view • Bulk actions to the events can be performed in the timeline view by ticking the checkbox at the bottom right of the event and then clicking the main 3-dot menu Timeline View by Dedicated Resources This view displays th

How to disable notifications

If the user does not want to get email notifications or in app notifications follow the below steps: • Click on the name initials at the top right of the screen and click Manage Account

• Navigate to the “Preferences” tab, in Notification Preferences section and use the checkboxes to mute emails or alerts (in-app notifications)

How to request multiple bookings

In order to submit a bulk booking request with multiple bookings, please follow the below steps. • Click the 3-dot next to the booking request button and select “New Bulk Request” • Download an Excel template by clicking on “Download Template” • Fill in the information in the Excel template: • Start Date • Start Time • Program Start • End Date • End Time • Name – the name of the event • Contact Info – dedicated contact for this event, not mandatory • Approx Out • Before loading the Excel template, please delete the first row that contains the examples • Load the excel in the module by clicking upload or by drag and drop into the module and click Next • The platform will create a bulk booking request with the created events from the Excel template in the module • Each event will have a status that can be seen in the right section of each event’s row. The different statuses are: • Import – newly imported events will be given the Import status • Pencil – when the event was saved as a draft, its status will be changed to “Pencil”.
