How to use the timeline view

The timeline view displays the events on a timeline. There are two types of timeline views.
Basic Timeline View
Displays the events on a timeline. Represented with the calendar icon .



The basic timeline functionalities are:
Zoom in and out to control the viewed time span

Select the date to be displayed by clicking on the date section or on the arrows next to it to switch between days
Switch back to the current time by clicking “Now”

Apply filters to the events that are displayed:
By status
By project

Hovering over an event will display additional general information

Clicking on an event will open its detailed view
Bulk actions to the events can be performed in the timeline view by ticking the checkbox at the bottom right of the event and then clicking the main 3-dot menu

Timeline View by Dedicated Resources
This view displays the dedicated resources with SES, if any, and the different events that use these resources. Represented with the following icon.

The dedicated resources will be presented in the left section of the screen and they will be sorted by types. The user can perform the following actions:
Choose the types of resources
Choose the transmission roles (source, relay point, destination)
Choose which statuses (of the events) will be displayed
Filter by project

If an event has a service which uses the displayed status, the event will be shown in the resource row
If there is a conflict (e.g., two or more events are using the same resource at the same time) the conflict will be highlighted in red

You can perform bulk actions to the events in the timeline by ticking the checkbox at the bottom right of the event and clicking the main 3-dot menu
