How to chat with the SES team (MCR)
• To start a chat conversation with our support team, click on the chat icon at the bottom right corner

• Expanded chat box

• New message was received (audio alert is also raised at the user’s side)

• Correspond and receive automatically translated responses in a preferred language
• The chat language will be automatically configured based on your default browser language
