What is the "Technical Information" section

In the technical information page, the BISS-CA IRDs module can be found in which the user can add, remove or edit the BISS-CA supporting IRDs.
The technical contacts module can also be found in this section. The user can add, remove or edit technical contacts that will be used by SES operations team to contact in case of a technical need.
